WHEN IS THE RIGHT TIME?

At a time when we are all pressed for time, when is the right time to lay the foundation stone for 2010-11. If I go by the theme of this year 'The Future is Now', I believe everyday delayed is an opportunity lost. So when should we start?

    A visionary doesn't some planing day before its execution. It's a process wat goes in his mind long before evrybody can imagine 2 start and focuses his team or followers a entirely different future from a different angle. So u don't need 2 start anything, it's already in the process and obviously evry night u dream of something...

    My only dream is to see a healthy Rotaract Movement where youth get to spend some quality time with each other. That I am nourishing this for the past 5 years is definitely the fuel that's going to start the engine of 2010-11. The task, therefore, is to find the right time to accelerate.
